Sheila Harrison received her Bachelor of Physical Education Degree from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, B.C., Canada and her Master of Science Degree from California State University, Fullerton.  She majored in Physical Education, Science and School Administration.  She earned her Doctorate through the University of La Verne.
