Kindergarten Bridge Program.
The
FREE Kindergarten Bridge Program
will:
-
Provide an opportunity for children
who have not attended preschool to
gain experience in a kindergarten
classroom;
-
Help
children and families understand and
begin to meet the academic
expectations of a kindergarten
student;
-
Help
parents gain ideas and knowledge to
prepare their children academically
and socially for kindergarten;
-
Encourage children and families to
become a part of the school
community; and
-
Allow
teaching professionals to observe
children for signs of possible
difficulties.
